Set your goal
The first step is for you to set your goal and since this post is about losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks, the goal has already been set.
But you can go one step further by setting mini goals for yourself.
You can decide to set a goal of losing 0.2 pounds every 2 days.
That’s a goal.
The next step is for you to decide to do whatever it takes to lose the amount of weight you want to get rid of.
It is not enough to set a goal for yourself; you have to back it up with determination because if you don’t, anything can discourage you from chasing your weight loss goal.
One way you add weight silently is through sitting around for a long time without doing anything… or maybe just watching TV.
This kind of lifestyle done for a long period of time will make you add weight when you don’t even notice it.

Stop being a couch potato, get up and do something physical.
You’ll lose weight in the process without even knowing it.
Exercise first thing in the morning
Here’s a trick that will cause you to use exercise to lose weight fast.
When you wake up in the morning, go for a run. Your Adrenalin begins to pump and you feel alive and active throughout the day.
What this does for you is that it makes you feel alive and active all day without the intake of coffee, especially if you are doing this for the first time in a long time.
You will want to move from one place to another feeling the rush of energy and adrenaline in your body.
And as you do this all day, you lose weight also.
But note this, you will eventually burn out unless you pace yourself and go about it the way you know your body can handle it.
Eliminate all Junk and Sugar from your diet
This part may be tough if you love sugar. But you have to eliminate sugar and all sorts of junk food from your meals.
You can continue eating sugar and junk after you have accomplished the reason you decided to lose weight in the first place.
But if you wish to lose weight for good, reduce the amount of sugar you take.
Let me explain it better;
If you want to lose weight for an “end”, like your wedding, or making an ex jealous, then you can continue with the sugar and junk after you accomplish your goal.
But if you want to lose weight permanently, you don’t need to completely eliminate sugar and junk from your meals, just reduce the amount you take drastically and you’ll be fine.
This is a quick way to lose weight. Try not to eat anything for 12 – 18 hours until the time you want to do whatever it is you want to do.
And you must do this every day.
Eat 6 Hours before Bed
This is so that your food can have time to digest properly and you won’t carry undigested food to bed where it will store itself as fat in your system, undoing everything you have worked so hard for.
