Unfortunately, not all of us are blessed with angelic genes.
There are few ways you can make changes to your lifestyle that will guarantee you live a long and healthy life.
1. Don’t overeat
Whenever you feel like you’re full, stop eating.

2. Be busy
Being busy can help you burn huge amounts of calories in your system.
