Honey has always been said to be one of the healthiest natural products ever made and for a long time we have believed it.

It is kind of weird to think that some people might be allergic to honey, and although these allergies might not be fatal, taking raw honey can cause mild to moderate allergies.

Also, it is advisable to avoid taking honey with some certain types of herbal drugs like garlic and saw palmetto.
People with drug habits should also be cautious as it can worsen their condition.
In most cases, it would be better to just avoid taking honey altogether.
